Project Description: THE DRIVE-O-SAFE
THE PROBLEM-Cars have had a great impact on life. Technology, too! However, technology has influenced us to the extent that we start talking while we're driving. Also, if your'e returning back home from a tiring day from work or at the mall, but the tiredness begins to kick in! Just think about the accident and could somebody be there to save you. Did you know, around 20% of accidents in the UAE are sleep-related, and majority are due to getting distracted through smartphones.
THE SOLUTION-The DRIVE-O-SAFE is made using Pictoblox. It uses the ML extension to classify the pose and identify if the driver is talking or sleeping. If the driver is talking or sleeping, it will play a siren sound to alert the driver!
Hopefully, the DRIVE-O-SAFE can save millions of lives around the globe.
