Project Description: My project is called 'Smart Fitness Instructor' and falls under the category 'Automate the Surroundings'. This is an AI and ML and hardware-based project. There is a fitness band attachment, a yoga pose trainer-identifier and an in-built reward system. This band will urge you to walk; the yoga pose trainer-identifier will suggest and teach yoga poses. On following the instructions successfully completing the yoga poses, you will receive reward points, which can later be redeemed for gift cards and vouchers. I believe that this creation will help people stay fit and healthy as well as reduce obesity and muscle pains.
