Project Description: The idea is to provide solutions for the care of cerebral palsy patients at home through a home enteral feeding device linked to a smart bed that gives a command via Bluetooth to the bed to adjust the degree of bed position at a certain degree when the enteral feeding device starts to reduce the chance of Reflux occurs and prevents food from entering the patient's lungs. This happens automatically when the device is set with food times that the doctor determines in advance and reduces the need for humans.
This is an illustration of the project. The device consists of a group of servo motors to control the food pumps and the movement of the bed in lifting the patient and it is connected to Bluetooth to be controlled via the mobile phone to send signals to the device to work. There is also a Bother that makes a sound alert for the patient before the end of the process of pumping food.
