Project Description: QUALICE: The Self Driven Police Car
Modern-day police officers deal with multitasking more than ever. A self-driving vehicle will allow the officer to multitask while still driving safely. In addition, police officers will be able to safely focus their attention outside the car in an effort to seek out criminals activity and ultimately reduce crime. The reduction in the number of officers injured or killed in traffic collisions is another benefit of technology.
This QUALICE vehicle constantly roam neighbourhoods while laden with a variety of sensors including camera capturing everything going on around in order to operate safely and analyse instances
