Project Description: Team Name : Agro Engineers Problem: Agriculture is a very large area activity. The farmer and labor have to move in the fields everyday and see the condition of the crops, how they are growing, are they infected . It is a highly laborious work. Solution: Agribot is a rotating arm, it can check the soil moisture at various locations, it monitors using a webcam, it can also help to sprinkle water, it can indicate the presence of insects. It can be controlled by an operator sitting on the computer. This can free the farmer from walking everyday through the entire field.
