Project Description: Normal cars cannot be driven more than 120km/hr. This is due to friction energy produced between the tyre and the road. Poorly maintained roads cause half of the fatal accidents. Pollutants emitted from cars harm our health and contain greenhouse gases that cause climate change. Using Pictoblox we designed a magnetic levitation car that has the potential to travel at much higher speeds than traditional cars and has reduced wear and tear, energy efficiency, low noise pollution, and air pollution. The car uses the magnetic repulsion principle, one car will repel the other if it comes very close to each other.
