Project Details

Project Description: Global warming is the result of more Carbon dioxide in the air due to different pollutants. Global warming makes the planet hotter, can cause worse and more droughts, with expected average rise of 1.5 degree Celsius in the next few decades. This can result in insect outbreaks, the spread of diseases, sea level rising and floodings, and infrastructure damage. There are many methods to reduce Carbon dioxide emissions causing Global warming. This is a problem that needs more awareness, so I designed this game to spread awareness. In the game when you click on the earth, you increase awareness so that you can remove one metric ton of CO2 in the air. Also, you get money to buy upgrades called ADVANCEMENTS: Working, Small Company, Advertisement, Larger Machinery, Collaboration, or Un-Funding. These Advanced tools make the job easier and more CO2 is removed faster. Your goal is to end global warming by reducing metric tons of CO2 in the air to normal levels. You will be awarded the Nobel prize when you accomplish the mission.
