Project Description: Can a Robot help Autistic children connect? Yes, this question is the driving factor for my project. A common difficulty for children with Autism disorder is that sometimes they struggle to socialize with others due to emotional issues; they’re sometimes unable to detect what people are feeling from what they are saying. I wanted to create something that would help these children. The primary function of Auxie is identifying the emotions and reacting immediately with some Music and Story Telling.
