Smart Greenhouse
This project is a presentation for the prevention against fires in greenhouses for farmers, it consists of a system composed of flame detectors and smoke detectors, by a program developed especially for this situation. The sensors are wired to a digital pin Arduino, the number of fire and smoke detectors could be defined in regards with greenhouse dimensions, we need to add alarms and lights inside and outside the greenhouse to complete the system.
This will greatly help farmers prevent possible fires in greenhouses, which will contribute to the preservation of crops and food security in the world.
Codeavour 2022 | Smart Blind Stick by Kayson Yauw
I used Arduino to make my project. My project is smart blind stick that has 3 sensors for detecting water surface, obstacles, and down surface. The water sensor that is placed at the bottom of the stick to detect the water surface at the bottom of the stick. The obstacle is placed in the middle of the stick to detect any obstacles like walls in front of the blind stick. The down surface sensor that is placed downwards to the surface so it can detect down surfaces like stairs. Every detectors have different sounds for them. The power source for the blind stick is a power bank and the sounds come from the buzzer.
Waiter Robot
Its functionality is based on AI technology, it is likely the robot is being programmed to take orders, deliver food while dining in, and provide the receipt to the customers. It is developed utilizing Artificial Intelligence and machine learning like speech and text recognition. In addition to, the line-following technique is used to move smoothly inside a restaurant.
Heart Monitor for Elderly People
Elderly people deserve to be taken care of as much as possible, this motivated me to create this project to help elderly people to get the assistance they need. It is noted that most elderly people die due to heart diseases such as heart attack, heart failure, and high blood pressure. In this project, Pictoblox and an Arduino were used to monitor the elder’s heart rate, such that if he/she is alone and abnormal heart rate is measured it will call one of his/her relatives (who takes care of him/her). In this way, the elder person will get the care he/she deserves. At the same time, the health infrastructure will be strengthened.
Third Eye
When the person is far from a wall it makes a slow beep beep sound through the buzzer. If it’s a little far from a place it makes a medium level sound. If the person is really near the wall it makes a loud sound. So that’s how it prevents you from hitting a wall.
Smart dustbin
The project name is Smart dustbin. In this project, we have used Ardiuno Uno, Micro servo motor and ultrasonic sensor. The project is that when anyone will come in front of ultrasonic sensor, the sensor will sense the person and dustbin will be opened and the person will throw the trash and he will go, the dustbin will closed.We have done codding with poctoblox and we have done block codding.
My Food Diary
My project ‘The food diary’ aims to promote healthy eating among children and young adults.
A requirement of 1800 calories per day is set with a break up of 60% for carbs, 25% for proteins, and 15% for fats.
The food diary detects your total calorie intake when you show the camera your food plate, asks if you want a count of individual carbs, protein, and fat intake, and suggests if you should increase or decrease your total calories or individual food group calories.
Another part of the food diary is a game that helps you understand how food groups are classified under carbs, proteins, and fats.
Based on the codeavour theme to strengthen the health infrastructure I hope this project encourages children to eat healthily. Thank you!
Robot
We’ve made a humanoid bipedal robot and controlled it using mobile key. It can do all the physical activities which a human does like walking, dancing, and waving hands. We are going to control it and make it dance. It is an intelligent project interaction and Bluetooth control .

AI assistant
As a programmer, you not have to think only about the code, always aim help at where it is needed. Think first about people who have a disadvantage to others, like old or handicapped people.
The thesis of this project is to help and show that we care about handicapped people. It was made using Quarky, a new AI coding robot, and PictoBlox, an easy-to-learn AI coding environment. For now, we start small. But we have the potential to build up on it. We will add more languages so it can assist people all around the globe.
Usually, handicapped people rely on others. However, this is about to change. People on wheelchairs will be able to move around and shift objects’ places. It will aid people who are self-reliant or solitary because no one around to do things for them. This could be a great improvement in their lives and can help them do many more things than what they can already do.
