Project Description: ANXIETY AND STRESS CONTROLLER is a stress management and control project. Here the one girl is walking from school to home. We can see that she is feeling with some stress. After reaching her room she is stressed more and murmuring to herself. When the situation get worse the pendant, she is wearing help to alert and one motivational speech starts. Another example of stress relief by playing the mind changing music. Some times it may lead to panic attack. So we need to take care of our young generation to prevent from the panic attack
