Project Details

Project Description: A fire detection and alarm system provide audible and visual signals as a result of the operation of manual or automatic fire alarm initiating devices such as a Manual Fire Alarm station, smoke detector, or heat detector from other protective equipment such as a fire sprinkler system. The four types of fire detectors are ionization/photoelectric, photoelectric, ionization, and heat. The differences in these four types are found in how they detect a fire – heat is obviously triggered by temperature while the other three are from smoke.
